Saju Restaurant Review:

Set in the Hotel Mela, this upscale French Provencal spot is a welcome option in the Midtown dining scene (especially at lunch). Chef Pascal Graff dishes up southern French classics with enough flair for foodies to take note. The bouillabaisse Marseillaise, loaded with fish, shrimp, clams and mussels simmering in an aïoli saffron sauce, will inspire you to scrape your bowl clean with the ultra-fresh baguettes that arrive at the table when diners are seated. We also suggest the mussels, which are enough to feed two. Service quality can vary but is mostly efficient and friendly; however, the somewhat tight space between tables means conversations are rarely private.
