Gauchos serving a variety of meats grilled over charcoal, sliced off the skewer at your table is churrasco-style dining that hails from South America. It’s all you can eat for a fixed price, so there should be no complaints about not getting enough. Just turn your table chip to green and gauchos appear to serve you more meat. There’s an enormous salad bar with bountiful greens, cold meats and cheeses beautifully presented. Nice atmosphere. Wood and stone abound (this is the former home of Harry G’s Crab House). Three cuts of beef (alcatra, fraldinha and filet mignon), leg of lamb and Portuguese linguica sausage are some of the better meat choices. There are special prices for vegetarians who only want the salad bar. The traditional Brazilian cocktail, caipirinha, has a nice kick, and the wine list is extensive at prices that range from low to high.
