Salvation Burger in The Pod Hotel 51 is from Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield of The Spotted Pig and John Dory Oyster Bar fame. The thick namesake burger isn't cheap: at $25 it's one of the higher-priced burgers in town. The menu also boasts hot dogs, pies and shakes.
