Even if you haven't a clue who golf legend Sam Snead is, a visit to this restaurant can still be enjoyable. This location is the prototype for a themed grill, now a chain with around 11 locations, most in Florida and the Southeast. Crowds dine here well into the late-night hours. You'll find many favorites here, including great hamburgers, grilled chicken and homemade soups. Try the oak-grilled Florida grouper or the shrimp and lobster pasta. People never stop talking about the dessert, especially the chocolate sack, an eight-inch chocolate sack filled with sponge cake and white chocolate mousse, served with raspberry purée.
