Sam's Restaurant Review: Floor-to-ceiling views of Boston Harbor contrast with Sam’s modern interior of white tables and black chairs. This Seaport District establishment, from owner Esti Parsons (co-owner of Radius) and her husband Drew (whose brother runs the bar), along with Debi Greenberg, sits prominently atop Louis Boston, and offers such French bistro dishes as duck rillettes with crostini and apricot-spring onion mostarda. We like the pistachio crusted leg of lamb with cucumber haricots verts salad, cool yogurt mint dressing and pomegranate molasses. Don’t miss the banana bread pudding with rum butter sauce and whipped cream. If a picnic party is more in order, Sam’s has that covered too. For $15 per person, the restaurant will pack a basket of sandwiches, salads, cookies and non-alcoholic beverages along with a blanket for you to enjoy on the front lawn.
