Elegant San Giusto is the creation of two Italians who come from the same Italian enclave in Yugoslavia: chef Gino Martincich, and host Bruno Viscovich. Jovial Bruno seems everywhere at once. The best way to order is to put yourself in his hands. Perhaps you’ll start with delicious clams with sweet-pepper dressing and pancetta, or house-cured prosciutto with cheese. The homemade pastas are all good---you pick the noodle and match it with a sauce. Among the fish and seafood dishes, standouts include the grilled calamari, the broiled jump shrimp in sherry-haunted garlic butter, and poached salmon.
