Siegel's impressive career includes work as opening sous chef for The French Laundry, an "Iron Chef" win and acclaim helming Masa's, Charles Nob Hill and, for nearly a decade, The Dining Room and now Parallel 37 within The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco. Mina and Siegel call their relationship a "true collaboration" and look forward to bringing the best of their respective careers together for the benefit of Michael Mina diners. The transition will take several weeks; no news yet on Siegel's successor at Parallel 37. Michael Mina, 252 California St., San Francisco, CA 94111, 415-397-9222.
