A casual spinoff of the noteworthy Santa Fe Bar & Grill, this little bistro is best at lunch, when the place is transformed into a caféteria-style do-it-yourself affair in the open kitchen, and the prices are remarkably low. At any time, the dishes feature fresh regional ingredients, many from owner Ahmed Behjati’s own organic garden. Translation: roast asparagus soup, a tangy salad of arugula and blood orange slices, roast chicken with Caesar salad. Dinner is less of a bargain, but you’ll find everything from spit-roasted leg of lamb to Atlantic salmon with Kalamata olive tapenade. The interior features suspended mini-halogen lights and sleek dark-wood tabletops.
