| Located in the Warehouse District, Sapor is très urban chic, sleek as any New York bistro and comfortable as any Minnesota joint. It's this casual elegance that makes you feel like you are among a handful of people in the know. But beyond the fact that the hip atmosphere is conducive to hanging out, the wide array of dishes on the menu is eclectic and adventuresome with Asian, Mediterranean and other influences. Be tantalized by the tapas starters, or launch right into creative entrées like miso-baked wild salmon with a wasabi potato cake or rack of lamb with fennel. The wine list is thorough enough to match most of the flavors offered and---given you're likely to have a range of flavors at your table---many thankfully are offered by the glass. Not to be outdone, the worldly selection of beers range from Thai to Belgian. |
