The pad thai here is a time-tested recipe that has just the right amount of vinegar bite, but if you’re feeling flush with cash, try the “Tail of Two Cities”---a stir-fry of lobster meat and green beans in a spicy red curry. Appetizers are more uneven, but the satay is a safe bet. For a lighter meal, the shrimp salad with fresh lemongrass is as reliable as it is fragrant.
