Scarborough Fair Restaurant Review: Romance is in the air at the restored 1800s farmhouse. Located on five acres at the Jersey Shore, the restaurant boasts a striking beauty from a brick, wood and glass exterior. The menu offers eclectic American cuisine with dishes such as shrimp Athenia cooked with herbs and wine and served over ribbons of fettuccine, and duck breast a la cerices (sour cherry sauce). Service can be a little slow, but given the pleasant setting, who minds? The wine list is carefully chosen and desserts are lush.
