Scarlatto Restaurant Review

: Taste chef Roberto Passon's memorable cooking and you'll understand why there are so many repeat customers at Scarlatto. The hearty Italian fare includes standout starters like a juicy, spicy crab cake on a warm lentil salad; for a delightful main dish try the pumpkin and ricotta ravioli or the rosemary grilled chicken paillard.

Good Food, Reasonably Priced

Four of us enjoyed lunch here prior to the theatre. We arrived at our reservation time and were promptly seated. We became a little nervous because it took several minutes for our server to come to our table to take our drink orders. Likewise our meal orders. Once they arrived we all were very pleased with our selections. The mushroom soup appetiser was rich and flavorful, but not starchy. Two of us had the chicken parm that were tender, moist, tasty and plentiful. The pasta alla Bolognese was delicious and well portioned. Branzino was excellent and was accompanied by fresh vegtable sides. Because we were satiated we skipped desert. As we have done many times before we check several options and, again, Scarlotto's was our choice.
