Scoop DeVille Restaurant Review: This popular Rittenhouse Square ice cream parlor, which closed briefly in 2013, has resurfaced in a spot on the first floor of an office building just off Broad Street in Center City. Happily for its fans, other than the new location, almost everything else remains the same, from the pink-hued walls to the signature blend-ins. For the latter, you can choose among dozens of candies, cookies, fruit, nuts and more exotic choices such as bacon bits and sea salt to create your own flavor, or pick a house combination, such as the Abbey Road --- vanilla ice cream or yogurt, Oreos, Golden Grahams and Nutella. You also can opt for a traditional root beer float, banana split, milkshake or brownie sundae. Gourmet ice cream cakes and pies in flavors such as Reese's Pieces and Snicker Doodle, frozen yogurt and sugar-free ice cream are on the menu, too.
