Among its standout dishes are steamed live sablefish, fried squab, pan-fried spot prawns with soy sauce, and steamed buns with a golden salty-sweet filling of preserved egg yolk. The spotlight shines brightly on fresh, local seafood, such as a bubbling hot pot of Dungeness crab with chunks of kabocha squash and black bean sauce, deep-fried crab claws stuffed with shrimp paste, and hot and spicy jellyfish. Lunch is focused on dim sum, but dinner items may also be ordered. Chilled mango pudding makes a light, bright finish. Instead of pairing your meal with wine, we suggest ordering beer or tea.
