Sleek and moodily-lit SEA, an acronym for Southeast Asia, serves delicious Thai cuisine to a young East Village crowd. All the usual favorites are on the menu: pad thai, green curry, fried fish in a sweet-spicy tamarind sauce---at prices a lot lower than you'd expect for the slick décor. The reasonably-priced lunch special---appetizer, main course and rice---can't be beat. SEA's Brooklyn branch is a soaring, hyper-designed space that's a Williamsburg hot spot.
