 The Seafood Buffet at Deer Valley Resort Restaurant Review: A sea captain's bounty, Seafood Buffet is pricey but by Park City standards you get your money's worth and more. Mountains of crab legs, oysters on the half shell, sushi, iced shrimp and salads begin your dining experience. Hot appetizers include steamed clams and Thai fish soup. Move on to tender prime rib, ahi, soft-shell crab, duck breast and sides like bowtie pasta and mac ‘n’ cheese. Request a seat in one of the side rooms for more intimacy; the main room feels like you're dining in a drafty castle. Pace yourself or explode under the pressure of dessert.
