Seafood Shack Restaurant Review: Cortez is a rustic old-fashioned Florida fishing village, and the Seafood Shack, as the name implies, is designed to complement that image with good seafood and rustic décor. The menu's Shack Snacks may include jumbo shrimp cocktail and escargots in garlic butter. The fried fish fingers are always good snacks to sample while watching the sunset. Black Angus burgers are offered as well as sandwiches, such as a traditional turkey club or fresh grouper sandwich (fried, grilled or blackened), and desserts include Key lime pie. Entrées may range from baby-back ribs to fried clam strips. The view from the restaurant, located on Florida's Intracoastal Waterway, is pretty impressive, too. |
