 Keeping pace with the “farm-to-table” eating message, Seasons 52 offers a compelling menu and some standout dishes that capture the spirit of the season. Depending on the time of year, one may encounter spicy pork flatbread---be sure to include at least one flatbread with your meal, lunch or dinner; you’ll be glad you did---and the farmers market soup of the day. But you should not hold back from ordering freely: how about a buffalo burger? buffalo chili and salad? a summer farmers market vegetable platter with fresh corn? Feel comfortable with your selections, as the menu assures customers that no item contains more than 475 calories. You can even enjoy dessert without dreading big calorie intakes: the kitchen prepares sweets in demitasse cups, and the waitstaff presents them on a tray, perhaps pecan pie with vanilla mousse or Belgian chocolate rocky road. Yes, the portions are about three spoonfuls, but you can order all eight of the cups. Now that will satisfy a sweet tooth.
