Starters include scallop ceviche with mango-kiwi relish and salmon poke with sweet sesame oil dressing. Salads are seasonal --- think roasted red and yellow beets with balsamic reduction --- and soups are rich and creamy, as in the crab bisque. For dinner, honor Pacific Northwest traditions and feast on apple wood-grilled wild king salmon. Another favorite is delicate diver scallops paired with blood orange gastrique and butternut squash couscous. In need of comfort seafood? Look no further than the soul-satisfying crab and corn risotto or the lobster and crab mac ‘n’ cheese. For a lighter meal, investigate the elegant raw bar serving ultra-fresh sushi, sashimi and tuna poke. Desserts include a trio of chocolate cake, peach blueberry crisp and white chocolate-coconut cream pie. There are also crème brûlées flavored with vanilla, chocolate or half-and-half. The wine list focuses on Northwest varietals plus a choice selection of California “imports.” |
