The Waterfront Seafood Grill's fourth annual "Cult of the Crab" is a crustacean lover's dream. For the month of March, the menu spotlights eight different types of fresh (flown in daily) crabs. The menu includes a steamed King Crab Leg Tasting ($85), which offers a special opportunity to sample Alaskan Red, Barents Sea and Hokkaido King crab side-by-side. For the crab celebration, chef Peter Levine has created more than a dozen new crab dishes such as crab Benedict, almond-crusted soft shell crabs, and Dungeness crab and spinach ravioli. Waterfront Seafood Grill, Pier 70, 2801 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98121, 206-956-9171.
