Ray's Boathouse Reopens After Major Remodel
After four months, Ray's Boathouse --- Seattle's beloved seafood restaurant with magnificent views of Shilshole Bay --- has reopened with an updated look and new menu. Chef Shuffle

Brian Cartenuto, the original chef of Cantinetta, has returned from Florida where he opened his own restaurant, and has now joined the kitchen crew at Local 360. Although La Medusa's original owner, Julie Andres, recently sold her small dining gem, the good news is that she sold the restaurant to her chef Gordon Wishard and sous-chef Meredith Molli.
