Joseba Jiménez de Jiménez, the founder and chef of The Harvest Vine and Txori, and his wife, Carolin Messler, have parted. Messler is buying Jimenez out of the business, although he plans to remain for a year as a consulting chef. Local foodies hope he opens a new restaurant. The Harvest Vine, 2701 E.
