Celebrate the Holidays at Bastille with a Whole Beast Feast
Ballard Bastille Cafe's chefs Shannon Galusha and Jason Stoneburner have crafted a terrific holiday group or party option called the Whole Beast Feast. Best suited for groups of 6 to 16 diners, this sumptuous feast features two side dishes, two starters, and the best of the whole beast with choices ranging from suckling pig, baby lamb, fallow venison, pheasant, and rabbit. Menus for a Whole Beast Feast start at $60 per person, and all beasts, fish and fowl are market priced. Due to the nature of sourcing a whole beast, seven days advance notice is required. For more information, check out www.bastilleseattle.com. Bastille Cafe & Bar, 5307 Ballard Ave. NW, Seattle, WA 98107, 206-453-5014.
