THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Sebastian's Restaurant Review:

At Sebastian's, you first select from a set of flavor combinations to add to beef tips, shrimp or chunks of chicken or portobello mushroom. Then you decide if you want the resulting recipe incorporated into a sandwich on a soft, chewy roll; on a salad; or plated as an entrée. The flavor combinations are diverse, from the French Onion (sautéed onions and Swiss cheese) to the Great Greek (feta cheese, kalamata olives, red onions, Roma tomatoes and garlic), and we find the results generally satisfying. The fries, also available with several combinations of toppings, are worth ordering. Sebastian's offers full table service in its hip little dining room or, better yet, on the fountain-laden patio, and we find the staff very accommodating.
