This Japanese restaurant is right next to the movie theater in trendy Winter Park Village, serving light salads and tasty entrées like bulgogi (thin slices of beef in soy-sesame-ginger sauce), Korean short ribs, yakisoba noodles and vegetable tempura. Start with a warm hijiki seaweed salad or a bowl of spicy tuna kobachi. The sushi and sashimi are the stars of the show, from the classic---spicy tuna rolls, California rolls---to the fancy, like the Venus roll with shrimp tempura, cucumber and tuna on top with miso dressing and eel sauce. For dessert, try the ginger or red bean ice cream.
