| Co-executive chefs (and identical twins) Curtis and Russel Valdez and their brother-in-law and business partner, Hugh Parker, bestowed this million-dollar dining room upon San Jose. Its swanky décor harkens back to the Silicon Valley boom days, while the contemporary cuisine is right in line with today's trends. Signature items include pan-roasted pork tenderloin, pan-seared New York steak, and oven-baked manicotti with “The Meatball.” The wine list is affordable, for the most part. Late-night diners will be pleased to find that the lounge continues serving food (off of a limited menu) until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. |
