Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra, exists in its original 1932 grandeur. The restaurant is decorated in subtle-but-elegant fashion, and it eases concertgoers into a night of world-class music. The contemporary American menu is brief but well-crafted, with dishes like grilled beef tenderloin with horseradish mousse and sweet, roasted corn salsa as well as grilled peach-stuffed, oven-roasted chicken over braised spinach. Be sure to try the honey-chocolate ice cream with white chocolate sauce or the pineapple ginger sorbet. Sammy’s---known for elegant dining and catering in Cleveland---provides food and service for the restaurant.
