Severance the Restaurant Restaurant Review: Severance Hall, home of the Cleveland Orchestra, exists in its original 1932 grandeur. The restaurant is decorated in subtle-but-elegant fashion, and it eases concertgoers into a night of world-class music. The contemporary American menu is brief but skillfully crafted, with dishes like grilled molasses-marinated beef tenderloin with spicy horseradish mousse, chicken cacciatore, and broiled sole with pink grapefruit beurre blanc. Be sure to try the cappuccino mousse, served with chocolate-covered coffee beans. Wines are limited but well-chosen.
