Sevy's Grill Restaurant Review:
Chef Jim Severson and partner Jimmy Fell remain devoted to creative American fare, with mesquite-smoked steaks, fresh seafood and house specialties such as the spicy duck flautas. Some selections rotate seasonally, but mostly Sevy’s sticks to what it does best: manly steaks and wild game. Favorites include the roasted portobello mushrooms and goat cheese, Maine lobster linguine and blackened bone-in rib-eye. Desserts are just as robust and ample, such as the banana and pecan filled ravioli with caramel ice cream and warm chocolate torte served with pistachio ice cream and Syrah-poached cherries. Sevy’s is known for its polished and gracious service, and the restaurant’s interior feels both classic and comfortable.
