 Question: When is a park snack bar more than just a park snack bar? Answer: When Danny Meyer is behind it. The restaurateur, who has given us such highly esteemed eateries as Gramercy Tavern and Union Square Café, among others, offers us what are arguably the best burgers in the city along with juicy hot dogs. Concretes, dense frozen custard blended at high speed with various mix-ins, make for a memorable sweet treat (our favorite is the Concrete Jungle --- peanut butter, banana and hot fudge).
