 Silverwater Cafe Restaurant Review: Set in the heart of Port Townsend, Silverwater Café has been serving Northwest-inspired dishes since 1989. Fish ‘n’ chips, accompanied by creamy coleslaw, have been on the menu since opening day. Sautéed wild salmon is served with either a house-blend spice rub or braised in white wine sauce. Port-braised lamb shanks are enhanced by flavorful pomegranate molasses. Hearty pastas include ravioli stuffed with Dungeness crab. Vegetarians have several choices, such as the lentil burger or a vegetable risotto tossed with Parmesan pesto and topped with fresh basil. A kids’ menu is also available. Top off your meal with a slice of classic blackberry pie. The full bar pours something for everyone. |
