![]() Singapura Restaurant Review: Is it Thai? Is it Malaysian? Is it Singaporean? In fact, it’s all of the above. This “Curry Hill” restaurant does a good job of incorporating the cuisines of a small handful of cultures onto one menu. Start with the Malay fried chicken, which is a lot like the fried chicken you may know and love, except here it’s honeyed and spiced appropriately. Hot garlic shrimp is exactly as advertised: spicy and garlicky and, if you’re into that sort of thing, just right. And the sizzling lamb is a carnivore's delight. Diners seeking a well-rounded meal may be tempted to order some vegetables, of which the chili garlic okra and the tofu spinach are topnotch. Save room for the fried banana or mango sticky rice and you'll leave with a smile on your face. |
