Sino Restaurant & Lounge Restaurant Review: The feel of this Santana Row establishment is much like that of the nearby Straits, also owned by chef Chris Yeo. Whereas Straits fuses Singaporean and other Southeast Asian flavors, Sino's menu takes a more straightforward Chinese approach. That's not to say that the dishes are any less impressive. Try the spicy kung pao chicken lollipops, chilled ceviche or the lobster and fresh fruit salad in a creamy miso dressing. Follow with the honey-roasted walnut prawns, Taiwanese basil clams or the wok-tossed beef and broccoli. To end the meal, order the molten lava chocolate cake with a side of vanilla bean ice cream. Late night diners have their own dedicated dim sum menu.
