THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Sip at Riverside Restaurant Review: Sip at Riverside differs from the original location in Crabapple in several respects. This location doesn't have retail wine sales, but it does offer a wide assortment of small plates, available throughout the day. The beet and goat cheese salad is bound with a mint and orange marmalade vinaigrette that supplies an intriguing tang to unite all the flavors. Butternut squash ravioli comes under a luscious Calvados cream sauce embellished with toasted walnuts. The pork tenderloin medallion, cooked to the barely pink stage, is a tender morsel that plays nicely with its caramelized sweet potato companions. Get the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. The short wine list contains some intriguing choices and very good values, and guests may order vino by the sip, the half glass, the full glass or the bottle. |
