SlapFish Restaurant Review: After growing a cult following with its food truck, this brick-and-mortar version of the now permanently parked mobile kitchen has lured followers to its Huntington Beach digs with a bevy of unique seafood offerings. All of the favorite creations of chef/owner Andrew Gruel have made the leap to this venue, including the "lobsticle" lobster-on-a-stick treat, chowder fries and a lobster grinder. He has also made sure that the truck's philosophy of working with various sustainable seafood groups to secure his ingredients remains intact.
