THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Slicker Sam's on Halsted Restaurant Review:
The downtown outpost of the (sadly) now closed Slicker Sam’s in Melrose park. Nevertheless, many of the dishes that made the Melrose Park location a long-running success are in place here. Like? The great baked clams, the succulent Alaskan King crab legs so garlicky, messy, buttery delicious. Lasagna is quite good, as are the stuffed shells. Not much to get excited about when it comes to dessert, but with the portions the way they are here, who needs it?
