Though originally conceived as a supper club, Smoke Tree offers refined home-style cooking heavily influenced by Southern flavors. All meats are smoked in-house, hand-trimmed and then rubbed with Smoke Tree’s signature seasoning. A few favorite starters include sweet blistered shishito peppers with sea salt and fresh lemon. Crisp beer-battered onion rings with Sriracha-smoked ketchup is another one worth sharing with the table. Barbecue plates, be they piled with chicken, ribs or sausage, come with your choice of two sides. Coleslaw, potato salad, mac ‘n’ cheese, baked beans and other comfort foods are among options. The menu also offers burgers, po’ boys and salads. Desserts like Key lime pie and bread pudding complement the main fare. There’s a full bar and plenty of craft beer, plus wine.
