Chef Felix Salcedo has taken the flavors of Mexico to a new level at this upscale spin-off from the Salisbury family's classic El Cholo restaurant group. The compelling menu includes line-caught salmon with mango-coconut-cilantro sauce, a huge cowboy steak with roasted garlic-chipotle butter and a signature pork chop with a sweet potato tamale and tropical mango-papaya salsa. Some of L.A.'s top margaritas can be found here, flavored with ginger, sour apple or blackberry. For dessert, you’ll find what might be the best bread pudding in town, made with brioche and featuring raspberries and Chantilly cream.
