 Chef-owner Riccardo Bosio has always kept his Northern Italian menu fresh by inviting talented young chefs to work a stint in his kitchen, bringing along their own enthusiasms and influences, from Cajun to Contemporary. (Hint: you can try the chef du jour’s most inventive creations at the restaurant’s monthly Opera Night, featuring a six-course feast and arias by a guest soprano and tenor.)
