| Hyannis Harbor is lined with outdoor joints serving similar menus of fried seafood and family-friendly sandwiches. A standout in the crowd, Spanky's offers a full raw bar as well as a great view of the ferries as they shuttle visitors to and from Martha's Vineyard. Grab a patio table and enjoy made-to-order fried clams, clam rolls and crab cakes. Or settle in for some of the fancier fare like blackened swordfish, bouillabaisse or a “clambake” of steamed lobster and local clams. For land lovers, there are burgers, steaks and wraps as well as a full children's menu. Dessert is, predictably, decadent, with American classics like a strawberry cheesecake and “wicked good” chocolate cake. |
