In this modest, tiny storefront restaurant, you can watch kebabs cook on the traditional Afghani-style spit. Marinated meats---leg of lamb, lamb rib chops, ground beef balls, chicken breast, king fish---are skewered and cooked slowly over the open fire, and served with brown rice and salad. Choose from the many combination dishes of brown rice with lamb curry, spinach or vegetables. The most expensive dish is under $9.
