Spiga Restaurant Review: Welcome to an eye-catching Mediterranean-style villa. The mood is set for the authentic meal that awaits. Authenticity and easy elegance define Spiga, where truly superlative dishes feature exquisite ingredients prepared with intentional simplicity. The menu maintains a light, summery slant year-round. House-made ravioli dishes change daily as do specials that we thought were regularly more exciting than the regular menu. Beyond all of those options, catch such seafood as the saffron-doused cernia allo scoglio of fresh grouper, mussels, clams, shrimp and calamari. The zuppa di pesce, a tasty version of the Italian version of France’s bouillabaisse, is a Spiga signature dish. Good wines and a long list of tasty desserts complete this genteel Italian repertoire.
