Spin! Neapolitan Pizza Restaurant Review: As the former Queen of Bagelry in Kansas City, Gail Lozoff has a knack for yeast. These days, it's her doughy rounds of pizza, which are stone-fired crisp, rather than soft, yielding bagels that earn cred. The whole affair, from start to finish, involves a riot of chopping and pulling, blending and baking --- all visible from the circular kitchen. Among the piping hot pies to try are the Bianca, Rossa and roasted potato, or go for the “Cipolla e Chèvre” (caramelized onions and goat cheese). The setting is pretty cool, too: local architects used industrial materials and dotted the space with bicycle parts for a quirky feel.
