Splitz Grill Restaurant Review: The word is out about this longtime locals' favorite burger bar, and the person next to you customizing his or her burger could be from almost any part of the world. After a day on the slopes skiing or mountain biking, Splitz Grill satisfies everyone's appetite. Choose the Legendary Splitz beef burger (one, two or three patties) or go for chicken, turkey, lamb, bison, Italian sausage, teriyaki salmon or even a Bavarian smokie version. There’s a spicy lentil burger, too. Pick from a cavalcade of toppings such as baba ghanouj and sauerkraut and an array of greener offerings including kosher pickles. Thick house-cut fries or poutine smothered in gravy and cheese are a must. Fish ‘n’ chips are available, as is a menu of kids' items like hot dogs, burgers and chicken fingers. Beer and creamy shakes slake thirsts, and classic ice cream sundaes, floats, cones and a caramelized banana split round out the list of sweets.
