THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Spoon+ at Sanderson Restaurant Review:

Spoon+ has gone through various changes and is now on a straight course. It is extremely expensive, but when it's good, it's worth it. And so it should be, with top French chef Alain Ducasse overseeing. It's also very chic, so go suitably dressed. The Starck-designed dining room and Long Bar are pretty enough, and there's an internal courtyard with a pond for outdoor dining. The food is all about fusion, and is beautifully presented. The lunch menu calls itself Spoonsum which is cutsey but accurate and features smaller versions of what is on offer at dinner (at smaller prices). Dishes like spicy shrimp brochette with mixed salad and avocados, or peppered duck foie gras glazed with mango and passion fruit with toasted brioche are fine. At dinner the components are listed across the menu so in theory you can mix-and-match; the easiest strategy is to stick to the three recommended which make up one dish. For dessert, avoid such aberrations as strawberry ice cream with pink-sugared fruit bits; anything with chocolate, as in nougat ice cream covered in chocolate, seems to work.
