| This is the first gastropub in town with some of the best bartenders to suggest a beer from the large selection of draft-only, mostly regional brews. When you need something to soak up the suds, indulge in fried smelts or a pork sandwich, or venture away from the tried-and-true for one of chef Carolynn Angle's daily terrines, game dishes or whole fish specialties. The place is old and rickety but the food and drink are gutsy. |
