State Street Brats is a Madison institution, serving customers since its early days as The Brathaus in the 1930s. You'll find salads, wraps, Buffalo wings, chicken strips, Cajun pub chips, genuine Wisconsin cheese curds and even a two-pound burger on the menu. But the real star is, of course, the bratwurst. Order it up on a bun with a side of fries and a beer and you've got the perfect game-day meal. For healthy eating, all munchies include crispy veggies and ranch dressing.
