THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Stonewood Grill & Tavern Restaurant Review:
The seafood selections at Stonewood are a notch above many area seafood restaurants with such touches as Canadian scallops rather than a more local variety. There is also the obligatory grouper, in this case served with asparagus and rice pilaf, but carnivores seem to favor a classic steak Oscar, a signature entrée for this chain. Meal starters or shared nibbles include baked Brie kitted out with roasted peppers, grapes and toasted baguette. Service is youthful and efficient, a necessity on a weekend evening when it's three-deep at the bar. Mixologists exhibit skill with house martinis, and the modestly priced wine list features 25 choices by the glass.
