THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Sugar & Brown's Restaurant Review:

We have no complaints when it comes to the food at Sugar & Brown’s. The Tuscan chicken sandwich has just the right amount of chicken, fresh basil, oven-roasted tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, and the accompanying side salad is flavorful, with its fresh greens, sun-dried tomatoes and candied pecans. We appreciate that the ham in the Ultimate Ham and Cheese croissant sandwich is Nueske’s. The CB2-esque décor---modern leather couches, comfy chairs and booths---works for us, too. Moreover, the staff at this mostly self-service River North spot is helpful and friendly. But we would like it even better if everything were a few dollars less. Come in for breakfast when the prices seem more fitting to the food.
