Sundried Tomato Cafe Restaurant Review: Laguna locals frequent Sundried Tomato Café for its combination of reasonable prices, upbeat casual environment and classic California bistro-style fare. Located along charming Forest Avenue in downtown Laguna Beach, the café features its signature creamed sundried tomato soup along with salads and sandwiches for lunch. At dinner, the mains have a wine country flair with such dishes as a pork chop with Bermuda onion chutney, tournedos of beef with portobello mushrooms and a roasted chicken with lemon vinaigrette. The wine list is rather exceptional for such a small bistro, with a long list of international selections. |
