| Sunset Cove doesn’t need much in the way of decorative accents. Its panoramic view overlooking the Hudson River literally provides a window to the scenic beauty of the Hudson River Valley. The vista, especially as the sun sets, and a menu of Italian-inspired continental cuisine come together to create the recipe for romance. Begin with the baked Maryland crab cake with spicy rémoulade or the shrimp and clams with lemon wine butter. Move on to Mediterranean bouillabaisse, gulf shrimp, bay scallops and little neck clams, Prince Edward Island mussels, calamari and marechiara sauce served over linguine, or the oven-roasted chicken in a garlic and ginger brine, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. |
